1. Refunds:
- We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure you are satisfied with our services and would like to be transparent. If you need to cancel your catering service or event for any reason, please contact us at least 1 week before the scheduled event to receive a credit for your future events. Deposits are non-refundable as we require customers to commit to booking. We begin working on your event from the day it is booked. Services that have been completed will not be refunded.
2. Returns:
- Returns cannot be accepted for perishable items but we will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
3. Cancellations:
- Cancellations are accepted up to one week before the event. Please refer to the refundable section for information on receiving credit.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or other emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your catering event. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
